Commune. At Sea featuring Chefs Will Fincher, Jon Cropf, Meagan Tighe and Jamie Lynch

Commune. Supper Cult is excited to announce it’s next event as cult members will takes to the seas for a meal highlighting Bulls Bay Sea Salt.  Launched in 2014, the goal of Commune’s dinners is to give guests an insider’s look at local purveyors while allowing Charleston’s best chefs to experiment in a collaborative creative environment.

Each Commune. event focuses on one purveyor and incorporates their wares into each of the dinner’s four courses. Teaming up with local guest chefs, each course not only highlights the specific purveyor, but allows the chefs to collaborate and experiment in ways they can’t always do within the confines of their respected restaurants. Last season’s dinners featured chefs such as Daniel Heinz of McCrady’s, Jason Stanhope of FIG, Michelle Weaver of Charleston Grill among others.

On October 18th, Chefs Will Fincher of The Obstinate Daughter, Jon Cropf & Meagan Tighe of The Drawing Room and Jamie Lynch of forthcoming 5Church Charleston will board the Carolina Queen to craft a meal highlighting Bulls Bay Sea Salt. These chefs are known for their work with seafood, so we anticipate an exciting menu incorporating what we can source from our waters. Beginning at 4pm, the dinner will include food, a sunset cruise, cocktails, beer and wine for $85 per person.
